It is our policy to sell only the freshest home harvested seed. All our seed is open pollinated. We do not sell GMO or hybrid seed. All our seed is grown and harvested on our certified organic farm. Currently our farm is certified by OCPP/PRO-Cert Canada.

Because we have no control over the weather and your growing methods we limit our liability to the cost of the seed, only. Each seed packet contains growing instructions to ensure you have a positive gardening experience.  Germination testing is done prior to our offering the seed in our catalogue. 

Due to customs regulations, we are unable at this time to ship into the USA..
